About the residency

WLA is a creative ecosystem dedicated to bridging the gap between artistic excellence and human sustainability. Our Residency Labs are designed as artistic safer spaces where international music professionals and creators gather to redefine the future of the industry.

Through the support of the Culture Moves Europe grant, the 2026 edition focuses on the preservation of local music heritage and the implementation of healthy professional practices. We believe that progress in the music industry must be rooted in context, identity, and the wellbeing of its protagonists.

Open Call for Hosting Partners

To bring this vision to life, we are seeking visionary partners in Ibiza to host our upcoming sessions. This is a strategic collaboration designed for venues that value cultural impact over commercialism.

We invite applications from micro-clubs, fincas, boutique hotels, creative hubs, and hybrid venues that wish to align with an internationally recognised cultural project.

In return for hosting our curated workshops and soundscapes, partners receive official EU-project visibility, high-end professional content of their venue, and access to our global network of industry leaders.

Location: Ibiza, Spain
Starting date: May - June 2026 (Flexible duration)
Application deadline: 15 February 2026
Impact: Low-impact, curated professional activities integrated with the venue's daily life.
